Can’t remember a time I wasn’t drawing

Bailey Gumienny has been exhibiting locally in the Tampa Bay area and actively pursuing her painting practice since late 2016. After getting hired at Soft Water Studios as a Gallery assistant in January 2018 and graduating from USFSP later that same year, she has been progressively growing as an artist and an arts professional in the St. Pete community.

Currently, Bailey is looking to expand her studio practice with a residency program to connect with other emerging artists and continue to push the boundaries of her creativity and painting skills.

Bailey Ann-marie Gumienny is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the alchemy of place, memory, and transformation through vivid, surreal compositions. Blending intuitive symbolism with refined technique, her paintings act as portals — inviting viewers into dream-charged landscapes where nature, myth, and emotion entwine. Rooted in ritual and committed to visual storytelling, Bailey brings both depth and radiance to the canvas, weaving art as a form of both personal reflection and collective connection.
